摘要
应用反求工程中功能分析与方案设计的理论,对全自动装订机的原理方案进行反求。通过探求功能元解得到实现原功能的新结构方案。再运用求系统最佳原理方案解的方法对新结构方案进行评价,实现了全自动装订机的结构创新。实践证明,应用新结构方案的全自动装订机工作性能得到了大幅提高。
Applying the theory of functional analysis and scheme design in reverse engmeertng, the principle scheme of the complete-automatic binder is designed reversely. A new structure scheme used to realize the original function is got by seeking solutions to function-unit. Using the method for seeking the best solution to principle scheme, the new structure scheme is evaluated and the structural innovation for complete-automatic binder is realized. It is proved practically that the application of new structure in complete-automatic binder has been a substantial increase in performance.
