摘要
数控机床的对刀操作和工件零点偏置的程序编制是正确运行加工程序、生产合格零件的重要前提和保证。作者在深刻领会各编程指令的基础上,经多年的教学实践和加工实践,分析归纳出四种不同情况下工件零点偏置的编程方法和编程指令的灵活应用。
The operation of numerical tool and the programming of part zero offset is the importantpremise and guarantee to operate programs correctly and produce eligible parts. With long teaching and process practice ,being based on deep comprehension of program instruction ,the author sums up four different situations in which we could neatly use programming methods of part zero offset and program instructions.
