摘要
采用新鲜的和贮藏79、102d的RRIM600橡胶树种子为材料,用NaCl、甘露醇、PEG高渗溶液和清水分别浸种7、10d后观测种子发芽状况和籽苗叶片渗漏质电导率、萎蔫率,结果表明:(1)用不同种类的高渗溶液浸泡橡胶树种子,对种子萌发及籽苗均有不同程度的抑制或伤害。新鲜种子浸种7d,高渗液浸种处理种子发芽率比清水处理低10%~40%,但仍有较高的发芽率;贮藏79d和102d的种子浸种10d后,种子发芽率急剧下降,甚至丧失萌发力,但发芽率并未因贮存时间的延长而降低。(2)处理后的种子发芽率呈波动性变化,其周期长短、峰值高低等因高渗液种类,浸泡、贮藏时间,种子质量而异。(3)处理后的种子发霉率(NaCl处理除外)不因贮藏时间的延长而增大,反而下降。(4)NaCl处理的种子萌发籽苗受伤害最重,其籽苗叶片渗漏质电导率最大,感染白粉病最重,但无永久萎蔫现象。
The study was conducted with the fresh seeds of RRIM 600 and the seeds stored for 79d and 102d dipped in the hyperosmotic liquor of NaCl, mannitol and PEG for 7d and 10d.The germination, the conductivity and the wilt rate were observed. The result showed that the all treated seeds and planflet were restrained or injured differently: the germination percent of fresh seeds dipped in the solutions for 7d was lower of 10%~40% than the control dipped in water, the percent of the stored seeds dipped in the solutions for 10d toboggan; the change of the germination percent fluctuates for the kind of the liquor, the time of treating and storing and the seeds quality; the percent of moldy seeds did not increase ,instead declined as the storing time prolonged; the planflet treated with the NaCl was injured most badly, the conductivity of the leaf was biggest, the powdery mildew was severe, but the permanencies wilting did not happen.
