胰岛素抵抗与动脉粥样硬化
摘要
胰岛素抵抗（IR）是由许多心血管疾病的危险因素聚集的,例如血脂异常、高血压及高凝状态,它们被称为代谢综合征（MS）或IR综合征。1997年Vague首先提出IR综合征与肥胖密切相关,2型粮尿病（T2DM）增加动脉粥样硬化（AS）的危险。
