摘要
本文从核心竞争力理论、成功企业的先进经验、3PL企业的服务特点三个方面来分析3PL企业的核心竞争力构成,提出其构成为:资源的整合能力、业务的运作能力、服务的创新能力、信息技术的应用能力、品牌的塑造能力、市场营销能力。
This paper analyzes the core competitive ability structure of 3PL enterprise from three aspects, which are theory of core competitive ability, experience of successful enterprise and characteristic of service. Then it proposes that the constitution consists of the conformity ability of resources, the ability of acting operation, the ability of ministrant innovation, the application ability of information technology, the ability of brand models, the ability of market selling.
