建设社会主义新农村是党的十六届五中全会提出的重大战略部署。而农业产业化经营模式是符合我国农业生产的实际特点、创新农业生产组织形式和经营机制的新型农业经营体制。针对新农村建设的本质要求,农业产业化在实现市场化、提高农业比较效益、提高农业生产的组织化程度、促进农村城镇化、加快向现代农业的转变、推进农业结构调整、实现“两个反哺”和缩小城乡差别等方面,为社会主义新农村建设提供了全方位、多角度的支撑。农业产业化经营为我国建设社会主义新农村提供了一条现实途径。

Industrialized operation of agriculture is in accord with the characteristics of China＇s agriculture production and it is a new agriculture operation system. Industrialized operation of agriculture provides an all-round support for the construction of new socialist countrysides and is a realistic way to build new socialist countrysides in the process of marketization, improvement of efficiency, urbanization,promotion of adjustment of agriculture structure, narrowing the gap between cities and conntrysides.
