Rational Thinking of Writing Morals Into Law

道德和法律相互作用、彼此支持,共同维系着社会的运行和发展。道德法律化就是两者相互支持的表现之一。当前,我国正处于经济社会转型时期,传统道德受到了巨大的冲击,道德滑坡、道德失范的现象有所滋长。因此,我们需要科学认识道德法律化,最大限度地整合两者的功能,更好地维系社会发展。

Morals and laws interact on and support each other and ensure the operation and development of the society. Writing morals into law is an example of the mutual support of morals and law. At present China is in transition period of economy and society and traditional morals meet great challenge. Therefore we should know the importance of writing morals into law and make full use of morals and law to ensure the development of the society. This paper discusses the significance and fcasibility of writing morals into law.
