高校产业是高校产、学、研相结合的重要基地,也是高校科技成果转化为生产力的最为便捷的渠道。随着高校校办企业改制的不断深入,企业的产权结构、管理体制和运行机制均发生了重大变化。本文探讨在这一新的形势下党组织在产业中的作用和角色定位,产业党组织的运行模式和发挥作用的有效途径。

Industry of higher institutions has become an important base of higher institutions for production, learning and research and is a most effective channel to transform its achievements in science and technology into productivity. With the deepening of the reform of school owned enterprises great changes have happered to the structure of property right, management system and operation machanism. This paper probes into the role and position of Party organizations and the way of playing an important role under the new situation.
