摘要
阐述了公益与行业共性技术的概念和研发环境监测技术转化平台的必要性,介绍了平台的组织运行机制和网络平台的建设内容,指出该平台对加速科技成果转化、实现监测资源共享具有重要意义。
The necessity of technology transformed platform between the public welfare and the environmental monitoring research and development was described. The organization and performing mechanism of the platform as well as building the network platform were introduced. This platform has vital significance for accelerating the transformation of science and technology achievement and sharing monitoring resources.
