全尺度室内环境模拟箱研制及性能测评 被引量:9

摘要 介绍了全尺度室内环境模拟箱,以及研究开发的与室内实际空间尺寸相仿的大容量环境模拟箱具备的对试验条件的调节功能。在标准试验条件(箱内温度23℃,相对湿度45%,换气量30 m3/h)下,箱内温度、相对湿度和换气量的波动误差分别为0.21℃、0.35%、0.15 m3/h。实验结果表明,环境模拟箱的气密性和混合性良好,本底浓度较低,能为室内空气污染研究提供环境条件稳定、背景干扰小的室内仿真环境。对大芯板甲醛释放测定的结果表明,环境模拟箱能够较准确地模拟室内污染物的释放过程和规律。 Full-scale indoor environmental simulation cabin was introduced. The cabin of research and development has a capacity of actual room size and adjustment function for change of test condition. In the standard test condition (chamber temperature 23 ℃, relative humidity 45% , air change volume 30 m^3/h) the error of chamber temperature is 0. 21 ℃ , the relative humidity 0. 35 % and air change volume 0. 15 m^3/h. The experimental result indicated the cabin has a good gas tightness and mixture function, lower background, and can provide a stable environmental condition for simulation indoor environment in which the process of formaldehyde release form artificial wood-based boards can be accurately obtained.
