摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时测定水中4种酰胺类除草剂,优化了试验条件。方法线性关系良好,检出限敌稗为0.000 5 mg/L,乙草胺为0.002 mg/L,丙草胺为0.005 mg/L,丁草胺为0.005 mg/L,RSD≤5.6%,平均加标回收率在84.1%-95.1%之间。
Four acetamide-group herbicides in water were determined by HPLC after the test condition was optimized. The linear relation is good, and detective limit of porpanil is 0. 000 5 mg/L, the acetochlor 0. 002 mg/L, the pretiachlor 0. 005 mg/L and butchlor 0. 005 mg/L. The relative standard deviation was ≤ 5.6% and average recovery was between 84.1% and 95.1%.
