高职师资队伍建设的思考

师资队伍建设是保证学校教育水平提高和学校事业持续稳定发展的重中之重,建设一支既适应高职教育,又能实现高效运转和良性循环的师资队伍是我们努力实现的目标。本文明确了高职教育对师资队伍的基本要求,提出了师资队伍建设的思路,并进行了一些实践和探索。
