论高师院校本科教育的大类培养

On Large-scale Undergraduate Education of Normal Universities and Colleges

高师院校要应对21世纪的挑战,必须改革人才培养模式。大类培养模式符合现代教育理念,符合本科教育特点。实施大类培养,要调整专业设置,恰当定位培养目标和规格,合理设置课程体系,进行专业分流;要从完善学分制、构建教学质量保证体系和实行优胜劣汰等方面保障其实施。

Talent training model of Normal Universities and College should be reformed to meet the challenge of the 21st century. Large-scale training model is accordant with modem educational rationale and characteristics of undergraduate education. Great measures should be taken to perform this training model, for example： adjusting major design, reorienting alms and standards of education and setting up scientific curriculum. The basis of these is to improve credit system, construct teaching quality assurance system and carry out ＂surviving the fittest and discarding unfits＂.
