大学生的思想政治教育是高校教育管理工作的一项系统工程,具有科学性和艺术性。本文着眼于高校辅导员工作能力和水平的提高,着重强调三项“艺术”即:辅导员的管理艺术、谈话艺术和形象艺术在高校思想政治教育工作中的运用及意义。

The education to the college students is a systemic engineering in the university. It requires the scientific and artistic methods. In view of enhancing the job ability and level of the counselors, the article emphasizes the application of three ＂arts＂, that is the visual art, the talking art and the management art in the university education.
