高等教育大众化背景下的大学生就业问题初探

Studies on the Employment Issues for University Students in the Context of Popularization in Higher Education

当前,我国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段,大学生就业问题日益突出。本文从社会因素、高等教育结构、毕业生自身素质、高校就业指导以及就业市场体系五个方面分析了大学生就业问题的成因,并提出相应对策。

Nowadays, China has already entered the phase of popularization in higher education, and the employment problems for university students have been increasingly severe. This article analyzes the factors contributing to the emergence of existing problems in this realm through five perspectives （social factors; structures of higher education system; qualities of university graduates; career guidance services on campus; employment markets） and provides relevant measure suggestions.
