Intensive management refers to the intensive operation of key products to reduce costs and expenses and to reach scale economy benefits, whose core is intensive operation theoretically based on scale economy. In order to get out of exporting dilemma, the foreign trade enterprises should enhance their operation management, search the internal potentials, shift concepts from extensive operation to intensive operation which is the essential part of system innovation for foreign trade enterprises.
