摘要
文章立足于新时期高校档案工作的重要性,从档案工作的性质与特点入手,着重分析了提高高校档案工作人员素质的对策。
This article, based on the importance of the new era of University Archives work. It works from the nature and characteristics of the archives, focused on analysis of the University Archives work to improve the quality of person.
