大豆蛋白纤维服装具有环保、外观华贵、穿着舒适和保健等特点,具有优良的服用性能和广阔的市场发展前景,一经面世就深受国内外消费者的欢迎,为了顺应当今大豆蛋白纤维服装色彩个性化和交货快的市场需要,笔者和染整企业联合开发出五种常见大豆蛋白纤维面料成衣的染色工艺,该工艺染色成本低,成品缩水率小,可避免成衣身袖领的色光差异,能满足灵活多变的时装流行色要求。
With the characteristics of environment-friendly, elegant appearance, comfort to wear and protective to health, as well as excellent performance and broad market future, garment of soybean protein is welcomed by consumers at home and abroad. In order to meetthe need of color individuation of soybean protein fabric and quick delivery responses to market, combining with dyeing and finishing enterprise, the author developed five kinds of garment dyeing processing of soybean protein fabric. With low cost of dyeing and little shrinkage of final product, these processing could avoid shade difference among body, sleeve and collar of garment and meet the flexible and various needs of fashionable dress.
