摘要
主要采用湿法成膜方式研制聚氨酯微孔膜,并对其透湿情况进行测试,研究了聚氨酯质量分数和静置时间长短对薄膜透湿量的影响。试验结果表明,随着质量分数的增加,聚氨酯薄膜的透湿量逐渐减小;随着静置时间的延长,聚氨酯薄膜的透湿量也呈现降低的趋势。
PU microporous membranes were prepared by using wet deposition method, and the moisture vapor permeability was tested. The influences of PU mass fraction and the time of repose on the moisture vapor permeability of PU thin membranes were studied. The results showed that with the increase of PU mass fraction and the extension of time of repose, the moisture vapor permeability of PU thin membranes decreased in a way of low speed.
