摘要
通过杂交中籼丰两优1号组合的分期播种和收获试验,分析了播期和收获期对其常规品质、RVA特征值的影响以及上述诸性状在不同播期和收获期的变异系数,并对水稻灌浆结实期若干气候生态因子与稻米主要品质性状进行偏相关分析。结果表明:常规品质中的糙米率、整精米率、粒长和蛋白质4个性状,RVA的峰值粘度、热浆粘度、冷胶粘度和回复值4个性状,共8个性状在不同播期和收获期均显著或极显著差异。稻米品质各性状可根据在不同播期和收获期条件下的变异系数大小划分为3类,其中的RVA的消减值性状为最大,垩白度居中,其他性状则较小。在影响稻米品质的诸气候生态因子中,水稻灌浆结实期的日平均温度的作用较大。丰两优1号组合在温州地区可选择6月15日左右播期,灌浆结实期的平均气温约22.0℃,并适当推延收获期将会取得最佳品质效应。丰两优1号在直链淀粉含量约16%,蛋白质含量约9.0%,RVA的崩解值大于100 RVU,峰值粘度和冷胶粘度约240 RVU,其米饭食味较好。
Effects of different sowing and harvest periods on common riee quality, RVA viscosity characters and variation coefficient of two parameters above mentioned were analyzed based on the experimental restdts of middle indica hybrid rice, Feng-Liang-You 1. Partial correlation analysis of both the several climatic ecological factors during grain filling and reproductive period and main characters of rice quality was also analyzed. The restdts showed that there was significant difference in brown rice rate, head rice recovery, grain length, protein content, RVA peak viscosity, hot viscosity, cool viscosity and consistency during different sowing and harvest period. According to the variation coefficients, the characters of rice quality were divided into three types: the setback of RVA was the most sensitive to climate, ehalkiness less and the other quality least. The mean daily air temperature was one of the most important factors during grain filling and reproductive period. In Wenzhou region, the variety cotdd sow on about 15 June, average temperature during grain filling and reproductive period was about 22.0℃. The restdts of the experiment indicated that contents of amylase and protein were about 16.0% and 9.0%, respectively.The breakdown of RVA was greater than 100 RVU, peak viscosity and cool viscosity were about 240 RUV, the eating quality of rice was better.
