摘要
以黑籽南瓜、早青西葫芦、锦栗南瓜和杭州长蒲作砧木,高山黄瓜津优5号为接穗,以自根苗作对照,顶插法嫁接后,观察研究它们的生长发育、产量及抗病性。结果表明:成活率黑籽南瓜最高;不同砧木嫁接苗的枯萎病发病率都极显著低于自根苗;黑籽南瓜嫁接苗的总产量极显著高于自根苗。综合多种因素考虑认为,黑籽南瓜是高山黄瓜嫁接的最佳选择。
The growth and development, yield and disease resistance of the grafted alpine cucumber, ＇ Jing-You 5＇, on rootstocks of Cucurbita ficifolia, Zaoqing pumpkin, Jingli pumpkin and Hangzhou long bottle gourd were studied compared to non-grafted cucumber. The results showed that the survival rate of the C.ficifolia was the highest in all grafted seedlings. The incidence of Fusarium wilt was significantly decreased in various grafted seedlings than that of non-grafted seedlings. The yield of the seedlings grafted on C.ficifolia was significantly greater than that of non-grafted seedlings. In integrated grafting effects, C. ficifolia as rootstock of alpine cucumber was the optimal choice.
