基于层次MAS的旅游电子商务系统模型设计

摘要 目前我国旅游电子商务系统尚处于初步发展阶段,普遍存在着信息化、智能化程度低、主动服务意识差、服务项目单一等缺点。文章在分析现有系统共同特点和存在问题的基础上,引入了智能Agent及MAS技术,通过新型层次MAS结构的建立和分析,提出了3层MAS结构的新系统模型,仿真出系统与用户的伙伴关系交互过程。系统主体结构通过不同MAS层之间的协作运行,完成对用户需求的自动学习、分析及方案推优等功能,体现了单A-gent和多MAS技术相结合的混合式结构设计特点。文章结论部分还分析了新系统模型的引用预测及其对传统旅游企业的运作方式的深刻影响。 The development of tour EC is in the primary stage in China nowaday, and there exist common deficiendes such as poor information and intelligentize, poor consciousness of initiative service, and monotonie service program. This paper introduces intelligent Agent and MAS tehnology through the analysis of common characters and problems exist in current systems, and presents 3 - hieraehy MAS structure new model, as well as simulates the company relation interation process between system and customers according to the establishment and analysis of new hierarchy MAS structure. Through the cooperation between different MAS hierarchies, it realizes auto learning, analysis and scheme priority, and shows the composite structure design character of the combination between sigle Agent and multi- MAS technology. The papar also analyses the prediction introduced by the new system mode, and its profound effect brought to the operation of traditional trowel enterprises.
