On the training of college students' comprehensive knowledge and innovative abilities——the theme of talented student cultivation in the new era

本文针对当前高校教育改革的主题思想以及多年的一些教学实践体会,从课程结构的设计、教学计划的制定到教学手段与实践环节的衔接等方面,探讨了学生综合知识及创新能力的培养方法与实施途径,期望能为专业教学方法与课程内容的改革提供一点思路。

According to the theme of current higher education reform and on the basis of long- term personal teaching practice and experience, the present paper explores the methods and ways of practice to cultivate college students＇ comprehensive knowledge and innovative abilities from the aspects of curriculum structure design, establishment of teaching plans, and connection between teaching approaches and practice. It is hoped that the paper may provide some enlightenments on the reform of academic teaching approaches and of curriculum contents.
