摘要
运用SWOT分析法针对性地分析了野山户外拓展公司发展中存在的主要问题。指出在现有条件下,采用扬长避短的特色化发展模式,将是今后拓展类体育企业面临动态环境下获得发展的主要途径。
In this paper, problems existing in the development of Yeshan Outward Bound Company were analyzed with SWOT. It was pointed out that to develop with its own features is the major means for the sports enterprises.
