我国体育休闲旅游专业人才培养的现状与对策

Development of talents of sports recreational tourism in China

阐述了培养体育休闲旅游专业人才的意义,分析了体育休闲旅游专业人才培养的现状,结果表明:体育休闲旅游专业人才培养较为落后;体育休闲旅游从业人数和后备人才明显不足;对体育休闲旅游专业人才培养的研究明显落后;体育休闲旅游从业人员业务素质较低等,从而提出培养体育休闲旅游专业人才的对策。

Through literature study and questionnaire investigation, the paper expatiates on the significance of the development of the talents of the sports recreational tourism and analyses the current situation of the talent development. It presents that the development of the talents of sports recreational tourism is far from satisfactory; the staff in the sports recreational tourism industry and the supporting staff are not sufflcient;the research of the talent development is not satisfactory; the quality of the staff in the sports recreational tourism industry is generally low. The paper also proposes corresponding countermeasures.
