摘要
通过对江苏省156名青少年业余男子举重运动员运动损伤的调查表明:腰部发生的损伤机率最高,其次为膝部、腕部;肩部、背部、肘部发生损伤的机率最低。发生损伤的主要原因为:青少年自身身体发育方面的原因,技术动作方面存在问题,对整理活动认识不足,训练缺乏科学性。提出了相应的对策。
On the basis of the sports injury investigation of 156 male juvenile amateur weight-lift athletes in Jiangsu province, the paper presented that injuries frequently were at waist, knee, wrist while less at shoulder, back and elbow. The main causes of injuries were the physical growth of the juveniles, the skills and movements and insufficient scientific training.
