摘要
由于现代市场经济本身所带有的市场性金融风险随着金融资本的日益集中也变得集中化了,所以一旦这种集中性风险积累到一定程度,不仅会造成金融资本营运的中断,更为严重的是它将影响甚至极大地破坏着实体经济效率以及整个社会生活秩序。因此,防范和化解金融风险便是当前十分紧迫的任务。
The financial risks arising from the modem market economy itself are increasingly centralized with the concentration of financial capital. The centralization of risks to a certain extent will interrupt the operation of financial capital,damage the efticiency of enterprises and even destroy the whole social order. Therefore, it is urgent to guard against and reduce the financial risks.
