摘要
在物流园区的现有研究的基础上,分析了物流园区和智能交通(ITS)发展的关系,提出基于ITS物流园区的概念和相关的活动,描述了物流园区的活动及园区企业相应的决策,建立了第三方物流公司入驻或退出物流园区的概率估计模型.选取不同类型的第三方物流公司在不同时间入驻或退出园区的统计数据,以武汉丹水池物流园区为案例进行了实证研究.通过对数据的分析,提出了第三方物流企业入驻或退出物流园区的原因及所需条件,为园区物流企业高效运作和政府指导物流园区的建设提供理论依据.
On the basis of analyzing the relationship between logistics parks and intelligent transport system (ITS) development, concepts based on ITS logistics parks and relevant activities have been offered and presented in the paper. By studying activities of logistics parks and corresponding decisions of enterprises in parks, a probability estimation model for the third party logistics companies to enter or leave a logistics park has been proposed. A migration model of logistics enterprises in the park has been established so as to prove how the enterprises decide to migrate. Wuhan Danshuichi Logistics Park is chosen as a case to test the validity of the model. Through data analysis, the reasons and required conditions are given for the third party enterprises to immigrate or emigrate the logistics park. It is believed that the knowledge gained from this study provides efficient operation of enterprises in parks and government guide for logistics park construction with a theoretical basis.
