高速公路施工期取土场、弃土(渣)场的水土保持监理研究

Discussion on Supervision of Water and Soil Conservation at Earth Cutting Sites and Spoil Grounds in Construction Phase of Freeway

高速公路水土保持工程监理是高速公路工程质量监理的一项重要内容,但我国目前相关监理的理论还比较缺乏.针对高速公路取、弃土(渣)场施工期的水土流失的状况,以孝襄高速公路为依托工程,对其取、弃土(渣)场水保方案的实施进行监理,作了全过程的思考,在理论论证的基础上提出了取、弃土(渣)场水土保持的施工工艺及其监理要点.

Water and soil conservation supervision to freeway project is an important part of freeway quality supervision. Nowadays, there is no abundant theory for supervision. Being aimed at the situation of soil and water loss in earth cutting sites and spoil grounds of Xiao-Xiang freeway construction. The paper considers the whole supervision process of water and soil conservation engineering scheme implemented at earth cutting sites and spoil grounds and puts forward the construction technology and supervision priorities.
