摘要
根据检测线圈电感沿具有齿槽结构的长定子周期变化的情况,本文提出了一种线圈电感检测方法,以及参数计算法与二次差分法两种插值算法用于提高定位精度,并对其进行了误差分析,实现了磁极与长定子之间相对位置的高精度定位传感器的设计方案,并通过了仿真试验验证.
Based on the fact that the inductance of detecting coil varies along the long stator that has the grooved structure, a method is presented to detect the inductance. Then two arithmetics are presented respectively to improve the precision of the position detection, and the errors produced by the arithmetic are analyzed. The result of the method is validated by simulation.
