摘要
分析引起40t锻造操作机钳臂断裂的原因,利用力学结构原理,将球头式改为连杆式连接,成功解决了操作过程中钳臂断裂问题,收到了很好的经济和社会效益。
This paper analyzes the causes of ruptures in the clamping arm of the 40-t forging manipulator. According to mechanical principles, the spherical joint was changed to connecting-rod, succeeding in solving the problem of rupture in clamping arms, and bringing about fine economic and social benefits.
