摘要
选择鸡肾型传支病毒国际标准株 T 株和 M_(A5)株,研制成功鸡肾型传支弱毒冻干苗。据细菌学检验、安全性、免疫抗体水平的测定、攻毒保护率、保存期和区域扩大试验,证明该苗安全、可靠、免疫效果良好。
Nephritic infectious bronchitis virus (strains T and M_(A5)) were selected as vaccine strains, the attenuated vaccine was prerared.According to bacteriology test,safety test,immanity- antibody level determination,protection rate of avain after challenge,preserving period test and a field application,the vaccine is very effectivereliable safety for controlling NIB in chickens.
