摘要
基于Java语言以及套接字接口(Socket)技术,设计并实现了一个通用的、可靠的多媒体实时交互网络视频会议系统,并提供了一个实时传输协议RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol)的实现包,完成了音视频交互、协同工作环境的文本交互和简单的电子白板功能.
A universal and dependable multimedia real-time network video conference system is designed and implemented based on advanced Java computer language and Socket interface technology, a wrap of RTP （Real-time Transport Protocol） is provided, and the audio frequency and video frequency interaction, and the text interaction in corporate operating environment and simple electronic whiteboard functions are completed.
