高校部分研究生思想存在期望值过高、思想复杂、心理浮躁、功利性较强等问题。应加强班主任队伍建设,改变工作方法,发挥导师和党团组织的作用,以做好高校研究生思想政治工作。

There are some problems in some of graduate students, such as too high expectation for their future job, impetuous psychology, and interest-orientated outlook. To render good work in the ideological and political education of graduate students, measures have to be taken to strengthen the construction of classmasters, reform working approaches, bring the role of supervisors and party and league organization into full play.
