The middleware is introduced in this paper, which is provided with configure and move in order to eliminate isolated information islands and share the data among Heterogeneous databases based on Web Service and XML Schema. The middleware can be used to move the data among the different databases, and solve integrating among the separating database. The detailed functions of the configuring middleware are described, and an example of the mid dleware was introduced between the archives manage system and OA based on RDBMS.
