摘要
依据炼焦原理,应用线性规划理论与方法,结合本钢焦化厂的生产实际,对配煤方案及工艺条件进行了优化研究,建立了在煤质变动情况下提高冶金焦炭质量的数学模型。
Based on an analysis of coking process, the linear programming method isapplied to the production practice of Benxi Coke Plant in combination with anoptimization study on coal formulation and coking process. A mathematicalmodel, i. e an objective function with constraint conditions is thus developedto show the way for improving the quality of metallurgy coke under fluctuatingconditions of coal qualities.
