摘要
TBM隧洞施工法与常规钻爆开挖方法相比具有高效、优质、安全、经济、环保和低劳动强度等优点。TBM施工对地质状况非常敏感,在深埋长大隧洞TBM施工中,经常遇到不良地质体,如大规模塌方、涌水,岩爆等,都会严重影响TBM正常的掘进施工。为保证TBM施工安全,需要实时对不良地质体进行超前地质探测和超前地质预报,判断可能发生施工地质灾害的相对位置、规模和严重程度等,以便提前做好技术准备,指导TBM施工。文章介绍了超前地质预报在东北某工程TBM施工中的应用技术。
In recent years, TBM tunneling has been widely adopted in China. Compared to conventional drilling and blasting, TBM tunneling is more efficient, quality -guaranteed, safe, economical, environment friendly and with less labor intensity. However, in the construction of long tunnels with big overburden, adverse geological conditions such as large scale cave - in, water gushing, rock burst and so on are often encountered, which will affect the normal tunneling of TBM. It is necessary to properly detect and forecast these geological conditions in advance in order to estimate the relative positions of potential geological hazards and to guide TBM construction. This article introduces the application of advanced geological forecast in TBM tunneling at a project in northeast China.
