通脉糖眼明胶囊对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者闪光视网膜电图及其振荡电位的影响

Effect of Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule on Flash Electroretinogram and Its Oscillatory Potentials in Diabetic Retinopathy Patients

目的观察通脉糖眼明胶囊对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者闪光视网膜电图(F-ERG)及其振荡电位(OPs)的影响。方法DR患者84只眼随机分为治疗组43只眼,对照组41只眼,同时收集同年龄健康者40只眼作为空白组。治疗组予通脉糖眼明胶囊治疗,治疗前后3组分别进行F-ERG和OPs振幅、潜时的对比。结果DR患者F-ERG及OPs振幅降低,峰潜时延迟,与空白组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组OPs波总振幅,F-ERGa、b,OPs前3子波振幅与峰潜时均得到明显恢复,与治疗前及对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论通脉糖眼明胶囊可明显改善DR患者的视网膜功能。

Objective To study the effect of Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule on flash electroretinogram （F-ERG） and its oscillatory potentials （OPs） in diabetic retinopathy （DR） patients. Methods Totally 84 eyes of DR patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 43 eyes and control group of 41 eyes. Blank group was established by gathering 40 eyes of even-aged healthy persons. Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule was used in treatment group. The amplitudes and peak latencies of F-ERG and its OPs in three groups were detected and contrasted before and after treatment. Results The amplitudes of F-ERG and its OPs shortened but peak latencies prolonged significantly in DR patients as compared with blank group （P〈0.01）. The total amplitude of OPs and amplitudes and peak latencies of F-ERGa, F-ERGb and each wavelet of OPs in treatment group rebounded after treatment, resulting in significant differences with before treatment and control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tongmai Tangyanming Capsule can improve retinal function of DR patients obviously.
