摘要
以绵羊红细胞膜提取的LFA-3和猪外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)所产生的IL-2,同时或分别与新城疫Ⅳ系疫苗胸肌注射22日龄雏鸡,测定鸡体HI抗体效价及Et花环形成率的变化,结果表明,LFA-3组抗体效价与对照组(D组)差异极显著(p<0.01),IL-2也可显著提高IV系苗免疫后HI抗体效价(p<0.05),且两者的作用均具有剂量依赖性。Et花环试验结果显示,LFA-3和IL-2两者与D组差异不显著(P>0.05)。
To evaluate the effects of LFA 3 and IL 2 to immune response in chicks,the LFA 3 obtained from the membrane of sheep red blood cells (SRBC) or the IL 2 from pigs peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)in a cultural system was injected to 22 days old chicks ,simultaneously or respctively with ND vaccine .The changes of HI antibogy titer and Et rosette formation rate were tested .It showsthat the HI titer of LFA 3 group was significantly higher than that of the control chicks (p<0.01) and the HI titer of IL 2 group was higher as well (p<0.05),however,neither LFA 3 nor IL 2 had apparent effect upon the formation rate of Et rosette (p>0.05)
