孔子生辰有公元前552年夏历八月二十一日和公元前551年夏历八月二十六日之说。孰是孰非?本文根据《春秋》:"襄公二十一年(公元前552年)……九月庚戌朔,日有食之。冬十月庚辰朔,日有食之……"《谷梁传》和《公羊传》之继"(是年十月)庚子,孔子生"的记载,用古代天文历法之四分术推算,考订:孔子生于公元前552年(即鲁襄公二十一年)夏历八月二十一日庚子。
