摘要
低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是组织细胞在低氧状态下诱导产生的主要调节分子,对维持细胞的氧平衡及在低氧状态下细胞的存活和代谢都具有重要作用。最近研究发现,许多非低氧形式的刺激也可影响HIF-1的表达和活性。本文就体外物理因素(如高温、高氧、低温、辐射)和细胞因子等对HIF-1的调控进行综述,并对其可能的作用机制进行了探讨。
Hypoxia-induced factor(HIF-1 ) is the key regulator produced by tissues and cells in hypoxia environment, and plays an important role in maintaining oxygen homeostasis, cell survival and energy metabolism. It is known that HIF- 1 is induced by hypoxic stimuli, but recently increasing studies reported that various non-hypoxia stimuli can also regulate the activity and expression of HIF-1. This review focuses on the regulating effects of physical factors (eg. heat, cold, hyperoxia, radiation) and cytokines on activity of HIF-1, and its mechanism.
