摘要
通过对兴安落叶松(Larixgemilnil)5个天然群体的MDH和GOT同工酶的分析表明:在兴安落叶松群体中多态位点百分率为57.5%;等位基因平均数为1.9;期望杂合度为0.226;有效等位基因平均数为1.402;满归和绰尔。乌伊岭和库都尔之间的亲缘关系较近;群体间的遗传分化较小。仅为7.9%。群体内的分化大、占92.1%,MDH和GOT同工酶的遗传变异与地理。
By means of isozyme analysis.several popualtions of Laris gemilinii have been studied.The resrlts showed that: the mean percentage of pilymorphic locus (P) is 57.7%,the mean allele munber of each licus (A) is 1.9. and the mean expected heterozy gosity (He) is 0.226. Since there existed very high selt-crossing in the population of the best provenamce .it is not considered as a populatoon in the state of Hsrdt-Weinberg equilibriun.The genetic differentiation among populations is quite low, only 7.9% among pioulations and 92.1% within population.The genetic distance between Mangui and Chaoer is 0.0040,and is 0.0150 betwen Wuyiuling and Kuduer,The mean genetic distance is 0.0437.There is no relationship between genetic variation and the factor and the factor of geography and climate
