摘要
钢包的优化配备对于钢铁生产过程中的节能,降耗起着重要的作用。针对钢包调度过程的复杂性,难于建立精确数学模型的特点,从钢包调度专家经验中提取钢包选配规则,建立钢包优化配备的优先级,基于规则和优先级混合编制策略开发了钢包调度仿真软件包,讨论了其结构和功能。为方便现场调度专家随时监控钢包的行为,开发了可视化钢包动态模拟画面,利用在线数据,进行离线仿真。经某钢厂在线测试结果表明:该软件可以提高钢包计划编制的精度,减少钢包在线调整的次数,充分利用红包以达到了节能、降耗的作用,为进一步在工程上应用奠定一定的基础。
The optimizing matching of ladle is crucial for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the process of iron and steel production. As it is difficult to use accurate mathematical model to describe the steelmaking and continuous casting production process due to its complex nature. The priorities of the ladle optimization matching were established based on the rules from the experience of the experts. Furthermore, simulation software of ladle scheduling was developed based on the rules and priorities, and the structure and function of the software were discussed. An animation of ladle tracking was developed to inform the schedulers of ladle behavior. The software was tested by online data. Results show that this software can efficiently improve the accuracy of ladle scheduling, reduce the frequency of online adjustment, and conserve more energy. This simulation software will lay the groundwork for application to production process in the future.
