摘要
目前安全稳定控制系统在电网中已得到了广泛的应用。在电网发生严重故障后,安全稳定控制系统将根据策略确定须切负荷总量。如何将切除总量合理地分配至各执行站,需制定一套行之有效、兼顾全面的算法。首先确定了算法所应满足的五项基本原则,然后相应地介绍了两种算法。其中,轮次法在满足各项基本原则的前提下,通过全局逼近的方法,大幅减少了安全稳定控制系统的过切量,有效降低了事故情况下系统和用户的损失。轮次法在实际应用中的效果显著。
Today security and stability control system has been applied to the power grid widely. After serious fault appears, security and stability control system will decide the quantity of load-shedding according to the decision table. An effective full-scale algorithm is needed to distribute it to each actuating station. Firstly, five basic principles are established. Then, two algorithms are introduced. The algorithm based on priority can cut down the quantity of load-shedding greatly and reduce the loss of system and user effectivelv. Its application is remarkable.
