摘要
本试验对分离自宁夏沙坡头地区的17株根瘤菌和16株已知参比菌进行了16种多位点酶电泳分析。将所得数据做聚类分析表明,分离自沙坡头地区的根瘤菌中,有12株相似性较高,不同于已知参比菌,而独立成群,这与数值分类结果吻合。其分类地位需进一步研究确定。试验发现,异柠檬酸脱氨酶、6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氨酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、黄嘌呤脱氢酶、磷酸葡萄糖变位酶、葡萄糖磷酸异构酶、超氧化物歧化酶等酶谱更有利于区分不同的根瘤菌种群。
Seventeen strains of rhizobia isolated from Shapotou region in Ningxia Autonomous Rogion and 16 reference strains of rhizobium species were analysed by electrophoresis of 16 multilocus enzymes. Based on clustering analysis. There were 12 new isolates differred from the reference strains. This result is in accordance with that of the numerical taxonomy and composed as a separate group at 90% similarity. The elec-trophoretic patterns of isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDH), 6-phosphogluconate dehydroge-nase (6PG), glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6P), xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH),phosphoglucose isomerase (PGI), phosphoglucomutase (PGM) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were rather useful to classification of rhizobia.
