摘要
为了实现对真空开关电弧等离子体参数的有效诊断,设计了真空开关电弧试验装置,建立了利用高速摄像CCD信号对真空电弧等离子体参数诊断的试验模型,并通过Abel变换和量子力学计算分析得到了等离子体参数中电子温度、电子密度数学表达式,最后结合算例验证了公式的有效性。
In order to diagnose the parameters of vacuum switching arc plasmas effectively, a set of testing equipment for researching on vacuum switching arc is designed in this paper. An experimental model of plasmas parameters diagnostics is built based on charged coupled device (CCD) signals. Combined with Abel inversion and Quantum mechanics the mathematical expressions of electron density and their temperature can be obtained. Finally, an example is provided to testify the validity of the formulas.
