即时通讯软件是目前我国上网用户使用率最高的软件,融合了多种信息技术。图书馆利用其开展读者服务具有现实性与可行性。图书馆应选择适合的即时通讯软件为读者提供全方位的服务。
The live communication software is the most popular software used by Chinese users on Internet, which has integrated multiple information technologies. Libraries have made use of it to unfold reader service with practical and feasible significance. Libraries should choose appropriate live communication software so as to provide all-direetion service.
