摘要
对建立和完善老年人医疗保险制度和医疗服务体系进行探讨,建议将65岁以上老年人纳入社会医疗保险,并根据老年人的特点扩大社会医疗保险的范围;开展社区卫生服务是解决老年卫生保健的根本途径。
