通辽市乙型肝炎疫苗接种情况分析

Analysis on Hepatitis B Immunization Coverage in Tongliao

目的对内蒙古通辽市8个县常规免疫报告接种率数据进行分析,评价乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)纳入儿童免疫规划后的工作质量及其影响因素。方法利用同期HepB实种人数和百白破联合疫苗(DPT)应种人数相比,估算HepB接种情况。结果尽管各县报告HepB全程接种率很高,2003—2005年平均分别为99.88%、99.30%、99.42%,但估算接种率较低,2003—2005年分别为79.11%、91.73%、94.53%。2003年HepB首针及时接种率估算仅为46.94%。结论各县报告HepB接种率还有一定的差距,除2003年外,HepB接种率已达到卫生部/全球疫苗免疫联盟项目既定的HepB第3针接种率80%和HepB第一针及时接种率65%的目标,但今后还需加强HepB纳入免疫规划工作,不能松懈。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality and its influencing factors of immunization after Hepatitis B vaccine introducted into EPI, We have conducted an assessment of the routinei mmunization database from 8 counties of Tongliao. METHODS Comparing the DPT targeted and HBV administrated in the same cohort and period, and observing the differences betweenreported and estimated immunization coverage, RESULTS The reported coverage with threedose HepB from 8 counties were relative high,with the average coverage of 99.88%, 99,30%, 99.42%, from 2003 to 2005 respectively. The estimated coverage were much low,with the averagecoverage of 79.11%, 91.73%, 94.53%.The same period,the coverage of estimated birth dose of HB V in 2003 was only 46.94%. CONCLUSION The narrow gaps of reported and estimatedcoverage showed that we have achieved the GAVI project, and that most of the counties have metthe national goals of 80% for three doses of coverage,and 65%for birth dose coverage.It is alsosuggested that the hepatitis B immunization in 8 counties should be enhanced.
