摘要
GH2132合金是15Cr-25Ni-Fe为基的高Ti低Al型高温合金。用四元渣系(CaF2:Al2O3:MgO:TiO2=76:10:6:8(%))来电渣重熔Φ550mmGH2132合金,结果我们发现,Ti烧损特别严重;改用二元渣系(CaF2:Al2O3=70:30(%)),另外加大约5%的TiO2来重熔Φ550mm锭型。结果发现,在Φ550mm结晶器中,采用二元渣系对Ti的烧损小于四元渣系。
GH 2132 is a 15Cr- 25Ni - Fe based high temperature alloy with of high Ti, low Al content. The writer found that the Ti - burning loss was noticeable in the ESR process of the said material with a quaternary slag system, so a test was conducted with a binary slag system by the addition of about 5 % TiO2. The result shows that the Ti - burning loss melted in the Ф550 mm mould with the binary system is less than that of the melting with the quaternary slag system.
